Part 5: What Now For Kendallprojects?

Just minutes before I got the call that the twins were on the way, I had a great conversation with a friend of mine about what we make as artist and why we do it. With the economy in such awesome shape the art world has, is and will continue to change. Although galleries are closing and people are losing money, the art is growing! For some of us it was never been about the money or the fame, but about the work! As we looked at what I've been working on, talked about triathlons and how it was shaping my ideas, I was reassured that I'm doing it the right way! I'm searching! Day in day out I'm looking for "it"! All the while accepting that I may never find it!

My aero helmet is really coming along pretty good, there are some flaws in the paint layers due to having to spray outside (dust dirt etc...) and I rushed the drying a little, but the clear coat is really starting to make it look good! I'm about 1/3 of the way done. The clear coat has a few more layers then the flat black racing stripes go on. It will have some red pen stripes and one last surprise detail that will able to be seen in the right light! (hint: flames, dragon, skull!)

TRAINING:
Now that the girls are here and we will be able to set a schedule that works for all of us I HAVE to get down to serious training details! Diet is now priority 1 and stretching and recovery is a very close 2nd! The workouts are requiring me to concentrate on what I'm putting into my body everyday all day....cheat or sblurge days have to be regulated to drop the last remaining pounds!
