Part 2: What was happening before the “call”…

The day of the birth I got up at 3:45am to swim. It was the last workout of the 4 week cycle…and I was absolutely exhausted! The plan was that I would go to the studio continue working on the aero helmets paint job, go get our favorite pizza and beer (for me) and head home for an early dinner and early bed time. WRONG!
Before Faith called me to let me know she was going to the hospital I was putting the final touches on the 1st layer of clear coat on my aero helmet.
